Now here's a book that I REALLY enjoyed writing. It has romance, spanking, a feisty heroine and a ruggedly handsome cowboy who is tasked as the wagon master for a group of pioneers heading out to a new life in Oregon. The background research was fascinating, and I applaud all those men, women and children who made such a dangerous journey between 1840 to 1860. They were inspirational.
Here's the publishers blurb:
When Rosalind Cole first sets eyes on the brooding cowboy in the battered hat, little does she know what fate has in store for her - for she is destined to travel the same path as William Adams and their lives are to become unequivocally linked. Against her sister's wishes, Rosalind sets out with other pioneers from Independence, Missouri - their destination, the lush Willamette Valley, Oregon, where each and every one of them will settle and make a better life.
The attraction between Rosalind and the wagon train captain deepens as the journey continues. He is enamored with the independent, tempestuous and courageous beauty; she finds herself enthralled, not only by his looks, but his commanding presence, for he is a natural leader, a dominant, confident man who rapidly earns respect. Their courtship, although unconventional, blossoms, and the hardships they face on the Oregon Trail only strengthens the bond between them. But William's love for her doesn't prevent him from turning her over his lap for a spanking when she crosses the line - which she inevitably does, as the spirited Rosalind is not used to doing as she's told!
This period Western romance is a real treat. It is a tale of courage and adventure, love and adversity, portraying characters that are easy to connect with, and an engaging storyline.
Love on the Oregon Trail is available for Kindle from Amazon and in a variety of formats from LSF Publications:
I'm a storyteller who likes variety. I don't produce stereotypical spanking stories and I attempt to make my stories engaging and original, having a decent plot and characterisation, evocative of mood and atmosphere to draw the reader in.
Some of my stories are erotic, some are humorous (wickedly so!), some feature romance - but not over-the-top soppy stuff! - whilst others blend fantasy with reality. (My spanking romance e-books are written under my pen name of Abigail Armani).
You will also find school stories, workplace spanking stories, and domestic themed spanking tales, plus stories with a soupcon of sci-fi, history, and femdom. I especially enjoy writing spanking fiction with a supernatural theme as there's so much scope in this particular genre to build up tension and let my imagination run riot.
I am co director of LSF Publications - the best up and coming publisher of spanking ebooks on the planet! Ok, so I may be a tad biased :D See for yourself:
